4 Ground Rules For a Good Night's Sleep in a Baby Bassinet

I read lately an article about healthy sleep habits and want to share with you.
Parents know, that we need to put some effort to create healthy sleep habits from beginning, right after our baby is born. We also know, that it is not easy, sometimes we rely on other parents experiences.
According to experts: no matter what is keeping child awake or rousing her from slumberland, there are a few things every parent should do to ensure healthy sleep habits.
1. Always put your baby down awake. Don't put your baby down when asleep, don't make it a routine, children should fall asleep independently.
2. Fallow a set routine. Having a consistent environment will help them develop ability to settle down to sleep.
3. Make sure she is getting enough shut-eye. Children who are not getting enough sleep will be thrown way off schedule by even the most minor of disruptions.
4. Watch for the signs of sleepiness. Fallow child's sleep cycle. Anticipate your baby's needs: if he's slowing down, rubbing his eyes, yawning, or sucking his thumb, consider it time to go to sleep.
It is also very important to provide a safe, secure bed for your child. For newborns best bed would be a baby bassinet, where infant will feel safe and secure, because it's small, cozy, and not as airy as a conventional baby crib.
Nice crib alternative for newborns are co-sleepers, with possibility to move around the house for your convenience.
